Tour Receptionist & Sales Support Associate

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and organized Tour Receptionist and Sales Support Associate to deliver a high‑quality experience for guests at our resort. The role combines front‑desk responsibilities with sales support functions, ensuring smooth check‑ins, accurate tour assignments, and effective gifting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete check‑in and departure process for the sales and marketing department.
• Verify marketing qualifications to assign guests to appropriate tours.
• Prepare and distribute departmental reports after manager approval.
• Execute the gifting process for designated sales and marketing areas.
• Maintain accurate records and support the Kids Club, sales F&B, and sales receptionist functions.

Required profile

• Excellent computer and telephone skills with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate tasks efficiently.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and analytical as well as creative approach.
• Effective verbal and written communication, good judgment, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in team efforts and carry out reasonable management requests.
