About the role

We are seeking an experienced Title Officer to join our Texas‑based remote team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting residential and commercial real‑estate transactions by ensuring accurate title research and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Research and interpret real‑estate documents, court proceedings, probate cases, and surveys.
• Communicate effectively with escrow staff, underwriting attorneys, and internal teams.
• Apply attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving to make insurability decisions.
• Translate title insurance guidelines into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the title insurance industry.
