Title Officer – Remote (Denver, CO)

About the role

Anywhere Integrated Services is seeking an experienced Title Officer to join its Title Production team. This remote position supports the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area and plays a critical role in ensuring accurate title work for residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough searches of public records and assess property title status in line with regulatory standards.
• Review and interpret documents such as mortgages, deeds, probate records, trust agreements, maps, and surveys.
• Make insurability decisions, address objection letters, and handle indemnity requests.
• Collaborate with escrow officers, underwriters, and other business teams to resolve title issues.
• Maintain client relationships and support post‑closing title needs.
• Assist the Title Production Manager with departmental oversight and underwriting decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the title insurance industry.
• Colorado Title Insurance License.
• Deep knowledge of title examination processes for commercial, residential, and acreage properties in Colorado.
• Strong research, investigation, and legal‑term interpretation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with region‑specific title plant software.
• Experience using Deed Plotter software.
• Competence in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams, and other Title Production applications.
