Title Examiner – Remote (Colorado)

About the role

We are seeking a self‑motivated Title Examiner to join our Colorado Title Team on a remote basis. The role supports our Colorado brands by delivering accurate title searches, rate calculations, and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial title searches and examination work.
• Calculate rates accurately for various title products.
• Provide support and service for title requests and revisions.
• Assist with policy issuance and post‑closing requests as needed.

Required profile

• Colorado Title Producers License.
• Proficiency with underwriter rate manuals.
• Knowledge of Colorado statutes and title insurance regulations.
• Experience in refinance and purchase title examination production and customer service.
• Experience searching title plants, county websites, and other record platforms.

Required skills

• Qualia production system.
• SKLD title data plant.
• Title Data plant searching processes.
