TikTok Shop - Account Manager, Live Operations

About the role

Join TikTok’s Shop team to drive the growth of the US commerce ecosystem. As an Account Manager for Live Operations you will work with top‑tier sellers and creators to bring TikTok‑first shopping experiences to millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with category leadership to identify high‑potential sellers and lead the end‑to‑end business development process.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects based on size, platform readiness, and content‑commerce potential.
• Create pitch materials and guide brands through onboarding, integration, and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to accelerate seller acquisition and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Develop reporting and analysis to monitor onboarding performance and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, vendor acquisition or sales within retail, marketplace or e‑commerce platforms.
• Experience working with consumer brands or equivalent.
• Proven ability to engage and influence executive leadership in B2B settings.
• Track record of meeting monthly and quarterly OKRs and improving scalable processes.
