Ticket Sales Associate

About the role

The Windy City Bulls are looking for a motivated Ticket Sales Associate to join the ticket sales team for the 2026‑27 season. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on experience in sports ticketing, sales outreach, and customer service while supporting multiple departments across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Ticket Sales Managers with cold‑calling local businesses, individuals and organizations to sell group tickets and ticket packages.
• Perform data entry and maintain the sales database, updating customer information in the CRM system.
• Research and generate new sales leads, and create/distribute sales collateral.
• Help plan and execute group‑themed events, community activations, and special arena events.
• Provide outstanding customer service to guests both on‑site and off‑site.
• Support other departments as needed and handle general office and arena administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Strong interest in sales and the sports entertainment industry.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
• Highly organized with excellent time‑management and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
