Therapist – Trauma-Informed Behavioral Health Provider

About the role

The Therapist will deliver individual, group, and family therapy within a trauma‑informed, recovery‑oriented setting at Indiana Treatment Centers. This full‑time position supports client safety, stabilization, and long‑term recovery through evidence‑based clinical practice.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and risk screenings following DSM‑5 and state guidelines.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans aligned with ASAM criteria.
• Provide evidence‑based therapy (CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing) to individuals, groups, and families.
• Respond to crises according to facility policy, ensuring safety and clinical integrity.
• Document all services accurately and timely to meet Medicaid, payer, and licensing standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case consultations, and utilization reviews.
• Coordinate care with internal clinical, medical, and support staff and communicate with external partners as needed.

Required profile

• Licensed or credentialed behavioral health professional.
• Experience conducting biopsychosocial assessments and risk screenings.
• Familiarity with DSM‑5 diagnostic criteria and ASAM treatment guidelines.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
