Testing Strategy & Planning Lead – Bank Platform Transformation

About the role

PwC is seeking a Testing Strategy & Planning Lead to drive testing initiatives for bank platform transformations. In this managerial position you will shape testing strategies, ensure software quality, and mentor a multidisciplinary team while collaborating closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of testing strategies for banking platform transformation projects.
• Manage test case creation, execution, and documentation to validate system functionality.
• Utilize automation testing tools to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify, track, and resolve defects and performance issues.
• Implement quality‑assurance best practices to improve software reliability and system architecture.
• Coach and mentor team members, leveraging their strengths to enhance testing methodologies.
• Analyze test results, recommend system improvements, and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align testing objectives with business goals.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement in testing processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in testing, quality assurance, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client expectations.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
