Key responsibilities
- Provide TF sustaining support for deployed fixtures to ensure minimal downtime and customer impact.
- Coordinate and perform test fixture preventive maintenance and calibration activities as scheduled.
- Lead test fixture equipment maintenance program and track performance metrics.
- Interface with other test engineers and business‑unit customers to deploy new test fixtures.
- Drive new test fixture designs, estimate manufacturing cost, and recommend scheduling requirements.
- Lead cross‑functional teams using DFx principles to reduce costs and improve quality.
- Develop statements of work for test fixtures, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure alignment on specifications.
- Mentor and train lower‑level engineers and identify training needs.
