Territory Sales Representative / Restaurant Specialist

About the role

SpotOn is seeking a Territory Sales Representative / Restaurant Specialist to serve the Baton Rogue area. You will promote SpotOn’s full suite of restaurant technology solutions, building relationships with independent restaurant owners and helping them grow their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the local face of SpotOn, presenting advanced POS and payment processing tools to restaurant owners.
• Travel within the assigned territory to prospect, build relationships, and close new accounts.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through onboarding and ongoing support.
• Achieve monthly sales targets, focusing on software, point‑of‑sale, and payment processing solutions.
• Collaborate with the Sales Support team to meet performance goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience targeting small businesses, merchants, or restaurants.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong cold‑calling, prospecting, and territory‑building abilities.
• Ability to learn basic technology concepts and apply them to business challenges.
• Self‑motivated, accountable, and receptive to feedback.
