Territory Sales Representative – Raleigh, NC

About the role

Phathom Pharmaceuticals, a biopharmaceutical company focused on gastrointestinal therapies, is looking for a Territory Sales Representative to drive adoption of its first‑in‑class potassium‑competitive acid blocker portfolio in the Raleigh, NC market. The role will involve promoting VOQUEZNA® products to gastroenterologists, advanced practice practitioners and selected primary care physicians.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets for the territory.
• Develop and maintain deep product and disease‑state knowledge to deliver clinically focused conversations.
• Identify customer needs, align internal resources and execute pull‑through activities.
• Build and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals and their office staff.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and cross‑functional commercial teams to align strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, preferably within gastroenterology or related therapeutic areas.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, innovative problem‑solver comfortable in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Required skills

• In‑depth understanding of gastrointestinal disease states and acid‑related disorders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of VOQUEZNA® (vonoprazan) and its combination therapies.
