Territory Sales Representative – Fredericksburg, VA

About the role

Phathom Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to promote its innovative gastrointestinal therapies in the Fredericksburg, VA area. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will engage gastroenterologists, advanced practice practitioners, and select primary care physicians to drive product adoption and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance to meet or exceed assigned territory goals.
• Develop and maintain advanced product and disease‑state expertise for effective clinical conversations.
• Identify customer needs and align resources and pull‑through activities to support them.
• Promote Phathom’s portfolio, including VOQUEZNA® tablets and combination therapy packs, to healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with peers, Regional Sales Managers, and commercial colleagues to achieve regional and corporate objectives.
