Territory Sales Manager – Precision Cutting Tools (Oregon)

About the role

The Territory Sales Manager will promote Heritage Cutter’s precision cutting tools across Oregon, providing technical support to end‑users and distribution partners while driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage customer relationships within the Oregon territory.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and profit margin.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and review lost opportunities to improve pricing and product strategy.
• Set sales goals, track progress, and report results to the Regional Manager.
• Coordinate internal resources and collaborate with distributors to support customers.

Required profile

• Highly motivated with a strong technical background in machining.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build cross‑functional relationships.
• Ability to work independently, set daily priorities, and travel as needed.

Required skills

• 2+ years experience on manual and CNC machining equipment.
• 2+ years sales experience (preferred).
• Engineering degree or machining trade certification (preferred).
• Technical capability to recommend solutions for milling and tapping applications.
