Territory Sales Manager

About the role

Celsius is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to lead retail sales execution across Grocery, Convenience, and Food Service channels in Miami and West Palm Beach, Florida. You will be the face of the brand on the field, visiting 12‑15 stores daily to drive performance and build strong distributor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Celsius "perfect store" standards, increasing SKU distribution, shelf space, and promotional displays.
• Expand brand presence by securing new accounts and deepening existing partnerships.
• Deliver brand strategy and promotional activities across assigned retail locations.
• Provide accurate field reporting using CRM and sales reporting tools.
• Present product information and conduct training for store staff and distributors.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in consumer goods sales, preferably beverage or distributor sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR screening.
• Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Comfortable with daily face‑to‑face customer interaction and delivering presentations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
