Territory Sales Manager

About the role

The Territory Sales Manager will represent the Celsius brand across grocery, convenience and food‑service channels in assigned Florida markets. This field‑based role focuses on driving sales performance, expanding product distribution and strengthening retailer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive "perfect store" execution, expanding SKU distribution, shelf space, displays, and promotional activity.
• Visit 12‑15 retail locations daily across Tampa, Ft. Myers, St. Petersburg and Pensacola to build relationships with grocery, convenience and food‑service customers.
• Maintain accurate field sales reporting and update CRM with visit activity, sales data and forecast information.
• Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to ensure product availability and execute trade promotions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in consumer goods sales, preferably beverage or distributor sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record.
• Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with frequent face‑to‑face customer interaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and field‑sales reporting systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to deliver presentations and engage peer groups.
