Territory Manager – Women's Health (Boston)

About the role

The Interventional Urology Territory Manager will drive sales of Coloplast’s implantable and single‑use surgical devices within the Boston area. This position focuses on building strong relationships with urology and women’s health professionals to achieve territory revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to engage targeted accounts, including surgeons, nurses, and procurement staff.
• Conduct clinical consultations, present product value propositions, and support procedures in operating rooms while adhering to compliance standards.
• Utilize marketing tools, sales reports, and national contracts to maximize market share and forecast sales performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of successful medical device sales experience, preferably in urology or women’s health.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with a proven record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to travel 30‑50 % overnight and a valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage customer information and sales activities.
