Territory Manager – Specialty Surgery (Louisiana)

About the role

We are seeking a Territory Manager to promote CooperSurgical’s specialty surgery products across Louisiana. The role involves building relationships with surgeons, operating‑room staff and hospital administrators to drive product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls and presentations to surgeons, OR managers, nursing and administrative staff.
• Communicate the clinical and economic benefits of CooperSurgical devices.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales and activity reports to the Regional Manager.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet revenue targets.
• Complete product and surgical‑application training, pass examinations and demonstrate proper assembly, use and maintenance of instruments.
• Train physicians, nurses and sterilization personnel on product usage.
• Maintain current certifications in Operating Room Protocol, Bloodborne Pathogen safety and HIPAA compliance.
• Travel independently within the territory, including overnight trips as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 1‑3 years of verified sales experience, preferably in a hospital or operating‑room environment.
• Proven ability to grow sales in prior roles.

Required skills

• Operating Room Protocol certification.
• Bloodborne Pathogen safety training.
• HIPAA compliance knowledge.
