Territory Manager – Shockwave Medical (Seattle)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Territory Manager for Shockwave Medical in Seattle, WA. The role focuses on promoting the Shockwave intravascular lithotripsy (IVL) portfolio to hospitals and physicians, driving new business and supporting clinical adoption of the technology.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Shockwave products to physicians, interventional cardiologists, and vascular surgeons.
• Conduct consultative sales calls, deliver product presentations, and provide in‑room support during catheter‑lab procedures.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Field Clinical, Marketing, R&D, and other business units to identify and pursue selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of territory‑manager experience in hospital‑based life sciences, preferably cardiovascular.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Required skills

• Experience selling catheter‑based technologies and vascular devices.
• Strong knowledge of intravascular lithotripsy and related cardiovascular treatments.
• Ability to deliver technical product demonstrations and clinical education.
