Territory Manager II – Sales

About the role

Swisher is seeking a results‑driven Territory Manager II to support the Johnson City, Newport, and Morristown markets. You will use data, insights, and structured selling to grow sales, increase market share, and build strong customer partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and deliver fact‑based recommendations.
• Expand distribution and market presence by increasing store points of distribution, assortment, and shelf presence across retail and wholesale accounts.
• Execute new product launches quickly, aligned with consumer trends and retailer needs.
• Develop relationships with key decision‑makers, influence outcomes using data storytelling, and partner with distributors for aligned execution.

Required profile

• 2+ years of customer‑facing sales experience, preferably in CPG, retail, or distributor environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience using CRM and analytics tools to track performance and refine strategies.
