Territory Manager – GYN/L&D – Hawaii

About the role

CooperSurgical is seeking a Territory Manager to promote its GYN and labor‑and‑delivery product portfolio across Hawaii. The role involves building relationships with surgeons, operating‑room staff, and hospital administrators to drive product adoption and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls and product demonstrations for surgeons and OR personnel.
• Communicate the clinical and economic benefits of CooperSurgical devices.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales and activity reports to the Regional Manager.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Complete product and surgical‑application training, passing interim and final examinations.
• Train physicians, nurses, and sterilization staff on proper product use and maintenance.
• Maintain current certifications in Operating Room Protocol, Bloodborne Pathogen exposure, and HIPAA compliance.
• Travel independently within the territory, including overnight stays as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 1–3 years of documented sales experience, preferably in a hospital or operating‑room environment.
• Proven ability to grow sales in prior positions.
• Positive references from business and personal contacts.
