Territory Manager – GYN/L&D (Harrisburg, PA)

About the role

CooperSurgical is seeking a Territory Manager to promote its GYN and Labor & Delivery product portfolio within the Harrisburg, PA region. You will act as the primary point of contact for surgeons, operating‑room staff, and administrators, helping them understand the clinical and operational benefits of our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls and product demonstrations for surgeons, OR managers, nurses, and administrative personnel.
• Communicate the value proposition of CooperSurgical devices and drive product adoption.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales activity reports to the Regional Manager.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
• Complete product and surgical‑application training, pass examinations, and maintain certification in OR protocol, bloodborne pathogen safety, and HIPAA compliance.
• Travel independently, including overnight stays, to cover the assigned territory.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 1‑3 years of documented sales experience, preferably in a hospital or operating‑room environment.
• Proven ability to grow sales in previous roles.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work autonomously.
