Territory Account Manager – Fertility Solutions (Florida)

About the role

CooperSurgical is seeking a Territory Account Manager to drive growth of its fertility solutions portfolio across Florida. You will spend the majority of your time engaging directly with customers, building relationships, and ensuring patients receive the best reproductive care options.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Acquire new accounts, reactivate dormant sites, and expand product mix.
• Plan and execute new‑product launches to generate repeat consumable and hardware sales.
• Negotiate local agreements that deliver value while meeting margin targets.
• Maintain accurate, bottom‑up forecasts and a robust pipeline.
• Conduct daily on‑site customer meetings, case support, and product positioning.
• Deliver quarterly business reviews with decision‑makers.

Required profile

• Competitive, results‑driven mindset with a passion for helping patients achieve family goals.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to engage embryologists, lab directors, REIs, procurement teams and executive leadership.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and spending ~90% of time in person with customers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline and opportunity management.
