Tequila Market Manager – New York

About the role

Bandero Premium Tequila is a fast‑growing premium spirits brand expanding nationally. The New York Market Manager will lead the brand’s entry and growth in the state, building relationships with distributors, on‑premise and off‑premise accounts, and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the brand’s distributor to execute sales programs, conduct meetings, ride‑alongs and account visits, and align activities with Bandero’s premium positioning.
• Motivate and support distributor teams to increase placements, re‑orders and overall sales while monitoring inventory and performance.
• Identify, secure and grow on‑premise and off‑premise placements across restaurants, bars, hotels, nightclubs, retail chains and other key accounts.
• Maintain and expand relationships with beverage directors, buyers, restaurant groups and other decision‑makers.
• Develop targeted sales plans, track results and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in New York’s hospitality or beverage market with an established network of buyers and decision‑makers.
• Strong track record of driving sales growth for premium consumer brands.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a market from the ground up.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
