Tenure‑Track Professor in Global Digital Transformation

About the role

The Thunderbird School of Global Management seeks a tenure‑track or tenured faculty member to lead research and teaching in Global Digital Transformation. The position spans Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor levels and focuses on technology management, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital innovation across private, public, and nonprofit sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver multi‑modal undergraduate, graduate, and executive education courses.
• Conduct and publish high‑quality research in top‑tier journals, books, and applied outlets.
• Advise and mentor students across programs.
• Participate in shared governance, serve on committees, and contribute to service initiatives.
• Engage in additional duties as assigned by the school.

Required profile

• Demonstrated record of world‑class teaching at graduate, undergraduate, and executive levels.
• Relevant industry experience in technology, analytics, or AI.
• Strong publication record in A‑level journals, premier book publishers, or leading practitioner outlets (e.g., HBR, SMR, SSIR).
• Commitment to collegial collaboration and global inclusive excellence.
• Experience living or working abroad and a history of global leadership, entrepreneurship, or service.
