About the role

Join the Van Cleef & Arpels Talent Team as a Temporary Remote Recruiter. You will drive the full‑cycle recruitment process for boutique and corporate positions, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience from sourcing to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers, share market insights, and define interview cadences.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates against role‑specific competencies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using the ATS, social media, job boards, and passive candidate outreach.
• Provide diverse shortlists to hiring managers in a timely manner.
• Maintain a high‑touch candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and external vendors to enhance service delivery.
• Participate in staffing committees and global talent initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and labor market trends.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Effective use of social media and job board platforms for sourcing.
