About the role

The 3M Valley plant, located 10 miles west of Omaha, Nebraska, is seeking a Temporary Manufacturing Associate. This short‑term position (up to 899 hours) offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced production environment, allowing you to contribute to quality product output while working alongside innovative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Produce quality products by following established procedures and customer specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and support on‑time delivery.
• Safely operate equipment, maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Inspect and package finished goods to meet quality standards.
• Utilize basic production tools and computer systems to support daily operations.

Required profile

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED (completed prior to start).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• May be required to complete 3M‑administered testing.

Required skills

• Basic production tools.
