Temporary Maintenance Technician – LOA Coverage

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Temporary Maintenance Technician to cover a leave of absence at The Carnahan Collection. This onsite role supports residents and ensures the property’s physical assets remain clean, safe, and functional.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and perform repairs, including appliance fixes.
• Prepare apartments for new move‑ins through the “make‑ready” process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor management and other assigned duties.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of equipment.

Required profile

• Knowledge of safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• High level of professionalism in appearance and conduct.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
