Temporary Leasing Professional – Vora Mission Valley East

About the role

We are looking for a Temporary Leasing Professional to join our Vora Mission Valley East community. You will drive leasing activity, support resident satisfaction, and help achieve occupancy and revenue targets in a fast‑paced, fully‑integrated real‑estate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments to meet occupancy goals.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to manage leasing workflow.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of leasing experience in a residential community.
• Strong sales, organization, and closing techniques.
• Experience with RentCafe and lease generation preferred.
