About the role
Greystar is seeking a Temporary Leasing Professional to cover a leave of absence at The Bristol at Southport. This short‑term position will focus on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate community marketing initiatives to attract prospective residents.
- Conduct all leasing activities, including tours, applications, and lease sign‑ups for new residents.
- Manage lease renewal processes and secure resident lease extensions.
- Provide ongoing resident satisfaction support throughout the lease term.
- Work toward occupancy and revenue targets set by the property management team.
Required profile
- Proven experience in leasing or property management, preferably in multifamily housing.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on resident satisfaction.
- Ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a temporary assignment and adapt quickly to community needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
