Temporary Leasing Professional (Knox)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Temporary Leasing Professional to cover a leave of absence at its Knox community. The role focuses on leasing, marketing, and resident retention activities while offering the chance to apply for a permanent position elsewhere after the assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Conduct prospect outreach, virtual and in‑person apartment tours, and ensure a smooth move‑in experience.
• Perform market research on comparable properties for advertising purposes.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email, and utilize social media platforms to promote available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑service experience is preferred; a positive, can‑do attitude is essential.
• Professional appearance and high level of professionalism in interactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or One Site (desired but not mandatory).
