Temporary Assembler – 90-Day Position

About the role

Anova, a market leader in Industrial IoT solutions, is seeking a Temporary Assembler to join its production team in Blair, Nebraska. This 90‑day assignment offers hands‑on work assembling electromechanical devices and contributes to a fast‑paced pick‑and‑pack operation.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble electromechanical devices using soldering, potting and other assembly equipment.
• Pick, pack, and repack products according to daily order requirements.
• Maintain organized workstations and ensure materials are properly separated.
• Monitor product quality, report any issues, and follow good operational and safety practices.
• Identify and suggest process improvements using a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Adhere to standard assembly cycle times and attend reliably, including overtime when needed.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Good hand‑eye coordination, dexterity and ability to follow instructions.
• Capacity to stand or sit for up to 8 hours and lift up to 25 lb unassisted.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
