About the role
Northwest is seeking part‑time tellers to provide excellent customer service, process transactions efficiently, and support customers in achieving financial wellness.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, handle cash transactions, balance the teller drawer daily, and assist with vault, ATM, and dual‑control procedures.
- Identify referral opportunities, promote bank products and services, and refer customers to appropriate specialists.
- Participate in branch meetings, opening/closing tasks, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; customer‑service experience preferred.
- Cash‑handling experience and basic knowledge of banking or retail environments.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using teller systems and other banking software.
