Telemedicine Psychiatric Supervising Physician

About the role

Circle Medical is seeking board‑certified psychiatrists to act as Supervising Physicians for its network of psychiatry‑certified advanced practice practitioners in Florida. The role is fully remote, with asynchronous collaboration to review charts, delegate prescriptive authority, and meet regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct independent medical judgment while overseeing care provided by assigned psychiatric NPs.
• Supervise a minimum of four psychiatric NPs, reviewing at least 5 % of their clinical notes each month.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance on clinical concerns via video or telephone meetings at least once per month.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and payer supervision requirements, including credentialing and enrollment support.
• Document supervision activities and attend required monthly meetings with Circle Medical Clinical Leadership.

Required profile

• MD or DO graduate from an accredited program, board‑certified in Psychiatry (and Neurology).
• Two to five+ years of post‑residency outpatient psychiatry experience preferred.
• Unrestricted DEA registration in Florida and California.
• Ability to work remotely using a PC with Windows Pro or a Mac newer than 2019.
