Telemedicine Primary Care Provider – New Jersey

About the role

Circle Medical is seeking board‑certified Family or Internal Medicine physicians and advanced practice providers to deliver adult‑only primary care through a telemedicine‑first model in New Jersey. Providers work remotely, seeing patients via video‑audio appointments while maintaining continuity through empanelment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 15‑ to 30‑minute telemedicine visits for adult patients, diagnosing and treating a wide range of primary‑care conditions.
• Set and manage your own recurring schedule across any combination of days, including evenings and weekends.
• Collaborate with patient‑care advocates and a licensed medical team to ensure follow‑up and coordinated care.
• Utilize Circle Medical’s proprietary, HIPAA‑compliant EHR platform for documentation and prescribing.

Required profile

• Current New Jersey medical or nursing license with the ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• Valid New Jersey DEA registration in good standing, including Schedule II prescribing authority.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Minimum 2 years post‑residency experience for physicians (3 years preferred for APPs).

Required skills

• PC running Windows 11 Pro.
• Mac computer model year 2021 or newer.

• Fee‑for‑service compensation: $100‑$200 per hour for physicians, $66‑$132 per hour for APPs, plus per‑encounter payments and a robust incentive program.
