Telemedicine Primary Care Provider (NC) – Flexible Schedule

About the role

We are seeking independent telemedicine family or internal medicine providers to join Circle Medical’s adult‑only primary‑care practice. Providers deliver comprehensive primary‑care services remotely, using our proprietary HIPAA‑compliant EHR and video‑audio appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 15‑ to 30‑minute virtual appointments, diagnosing and treating a variety of adult primary‑care conditions.
• Maintain continuity of care through patient empanelment and follow‑up coordination with our clinical support team.
• Utilize the telemedicine platform and associated software to document encounters and manage patient records securely.

Required profile

• Current medical or nursing license in at least one listed state and a valid DEA registration.
• Minimum 2 years post‑residency experience for physicians (or 3 years for APPs) in primary‑care settings.
• Commitment to evidence‑based medicine and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a PC running Windows 11 Pro or a Mac released in 2021 or later.
• Comfort using telemedicine software and electronic health‑record systems.

What we offer

• Fee‑for‑service compensation: $100–$200 USD per hour for MD/DOs, $66–$132 USD per hour for APPs, plus per‑encounter payments and incentive program.
• Flexible, self‑scheduled workdays across a 7‑day week, including evenings and weekends.
