Telemedicine Primary Care Provider – Michigan

About the role

Circle Medical is seeking independent telemedicine family and internal medicine providers to deliver adult‑only primary care remotely across Michigan. Providers will work within a fee‑for‑service model using a proprietary, HIPAA‑compliant EHR and two‑way video‑audio appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 15‑ to 30‑minute video or audio primary‑care visits for adult patients.
• Maintain patient empanelment and ensure continuity of care through follow‑up coordination with patient‑care advocates and the clinical team.

Required profile

• Graduated from an accredited medical or nursing program with current licensure in at least one listed state.
• Valid DEA registration in good standing and ability to prescribe all schedules, including Schedule II.
• Minimum 2 years post‑residency experience for physicians (or 3 years for APPs) preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a HIPAA‑compliant electronic health record system.
• Comfort using video‑audio telemedicine platforms.
• PC running Windows 11 Pro or a Mac released in 2021 or later.

What we offer

• Average compensation of $100 / hr for MDs, $200 / hr for DOs, and $66‑$132 / hr for APPs, plus $50 (MD/DO) or $33 (APP) per encounter and a robust incentive program.
