Telemedicine Primary Care MD/DO – Vermont (Contract)

About the role

Circle Medical is seeking board‑certified Family or Internal Medicine physicians (MD or DO) to provide adult‑only primary care via telemedicine to patients in Vermont. The position is fee‑for‑service, paying $50 per patient encounter lasting 15–30 minutes, with unlimited earning potential through incentive programs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary‑care consultations through two‑way video‑audio appointments.
• Maintain continuity of care by managing an empaneled patient panel and coordinating follow‑up with patient‑care advocates and licensed medical staff.
• Utilize Circle Medical’s proprietary, HIPAA‑compliant EHR and other software tools to document visits and prescribe medications.

Required profile

• Graduated from an accredited medical program and currently licensed in Vermont (with ability to obtain additional state licenses).
• Valid Vermont DEA registration in good standing for all schedules, including Schedule II.
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• At least two years of post‑residency clinical experience preferred.
• Commitment to evidence‑based adult primary‑care practice.
• Own a PC running Windows 11 Pro or a Mac released in 2021 or later.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows 11 Pro operating system.
• Proficiency with macOS (2021 or newer) operating system.
• Ability to navigate telemedicine platforms and electronic health record software efficiently.
