Telehealth Nurse (Remote)

About the role

The Telehealth Nurse provides remote clinical support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers through phone and electronic channels. Working from anywhere in the U.S., you will help ensure medication adherence and compliance with specialty drug programs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver telephonic and electronic support using behavior modification and motivational interviewing to promote medication adherence.
• Coordinate collection of patient‑specific clinical data to meet regulatory and therapy protocol requirements.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory, service‑line, and program guidelines.
• Identify stakeholder needs, risks, and safety concerns, escalating issues promptly.
• Follow up with physicians and patients to ensure compliance and persistency with program protocols.
• Maintain an active professional nursing licensure throughout the assignment.

Required profile

• Vocational or technical training with current RN or LPN licensure.
• At least two years of experience in a healthcare company, physician office, or laboratory setting.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, medical terminology knowledge, and ability to interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Proactive self‑starter with experience researching services and agencies for client assistance.
• Excellent attention to detail, accurate data collection, and ability to navigate multiple online platforms.
