Telehealth GP / NP – Flexible Remote Sessions

About the role

We are seeking qualified General Practitioners (GP) or Nurse Practitioners (NP) to join The Doctors Online’s virtual team. You will deliver remote consultations to patients across New Zealand (and overseas) using video and telephone, working regular shifts between 8 am‑5 pm, Monday‑Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct video and telephone consultations for a diverse patient population.
• Follow robust clinical protocols and escalation pathways.
• Provide occasional support to partner practices and pharmacies within the network.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to privacy standards.

Required profile

• Current FRNZCGP registration, GPEP‑3 status, or a primary‑care NP qualification.
• Strong clinical and service skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and a commitment to inclusive, equitable care.
• Legal eligibility to work in New Zealand (NZ residency or valid work permit).

Required skills

• Experience with the Indici telehealth platform (training provided if needed).
• Proficiency in video‑consultation tools and standard telemedicine software.
