Telecom & Device Security AI Trainer (Remote, $140–$160/hr)

About the role

We are looking for seasoned telecom and device security experts to join our AI Labor Marketplace as AI Trainers. In this remote, part‑time consultancy you will help shape the safety and reliability of large language models by creating and evaluating industry‑specific content.

Key responsibilities

• Generate realistic telecom‑focused scenarios covering sexual content, violence, self‑harm and hate.
• Evaluate AI‑generated outputs and identify nuanced safety, risk and policy edge cases.
• Apply detailed annotation guidelines and attach structured metadata to each example.
• Document classification decisions with clear rationale and review work for consistency and realism.
• Contribute domain expertise to improve safety classifiers and model performance.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of professional experience in telecom security, mobile security, messaging platform abuse, network security or SIM‑swap prevention.
• Background in operational, compliance, safety, security, legal or policy decision‑making within the telecom ecosystem.
• Strong written communication and analytical abilities.
• U.S.‑based professional able to work independently on a flexible schedule.
