About the role

AT&T’s Technology Development Program offers recent STEM graduates a 2‑year (or 3‑year for Network Engineer) full‑time experience across multiple technology tracks. Participants work on real‑world projects, develop technical expertise, and build a professional network within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions or data pipelines using modern engineering practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver AI‑driven tools, analytics, and automation for telecom networks.
• Participate in leadership development activities and mentorship programs.

Required profile

• Four‑year undergraduate or graduate degree in a STEM field completed by start date (mid‑July for full‑time).
• Rising senior status for internship candidates.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and interest in technology innovation.

Required skills

• Programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript.
• Cloud technologies and modern engineering tools.
• AI/ML concepts, large language models, prompt engineering (for Data Science track).
• Network analytics, automation, and AI‑driven tools (for Network Engineer track).
