Technical Training Lead – IBM Maximo (Remote, Northeast Corridor)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Training Lead to accelerate user adoption and operational readiness of the IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) across Amtrak sites in the Northeast Corridor. The position is remote‑based, but requires frequent travel within the Philadelphia‑Washington, DC corridor to deliver both virtual and on‑site training.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Maximo MAS users, covering functional and technical aspects.
• Facilitate live classroom sessions, webinars, and hands‑on workshops for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Support system go‑live events by providing real‑time assistance and post‑implementation coaching.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to align training with rollout schedules.
• Gather feedback, assess training effectiveness, and continuously improve curriculum.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering training on IBM Maximo or Maximo MAS.
• Background in supporting large‑scale system implementations, rollouts, or go‑lives.
• Familiarity with either SAFe or Prosci change‑management methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the Northeast Corridor.
