Technical Trainer – IT Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Technical Trainer to design, deliver and continuously improve training programs for our IT infrastructure teams supporting the hospitality sector. The role combines curriculum development, hands‑on instruction and performance analysis to boost team effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop structured training modules, manuals, presentations, assessments and hands‑on exercises for technical staff.
• Update training content regularly to reflect new tools, technologies and processes.
• Design and deliver classroom, virtual and on‑site training sessions covering systems, tools, troubleshooting techniques and operational procedures.
• Assess trainee performance through quizzes, practical evaluations and provide post‑training coaching.
• Identify skill gaps, collaborate with operations managers to align training with business needs and track performance improvements.
• Maintain training calendars, attendance records and produce effectiveness reports.
• Create SOPs, knowledge‑base articles and technical documentation to support ongoing learning.
• Stay current with industry trends and recommend new learning platforms.
