Technical Trainer, Customer & Partner Enablement

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Trainer to deliver live, instructor‑led training that helps new customers and partners adopt the NinjaOne platform. The role is learner‑focused, combining remote/virtual sessions with on‑site workshops to ensure participants gain hands‑on experience and move toward certification.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the NinjaOne Certified Technician curriculum and keep it aligned with product updates.
• Deliver engaging in‑person and virtual instructor‑led sessions using a variety of teaching techniques.
• Manage the virtual classroom environment – pacing, screen sharing, polls, Q&A, and breakout activities.
• Explain technical concepts to audiences with mixed experience levels and adapt delivery accordingly.
• Guide learners through hands‑on labs, supporting them toward formal certification.
• Assess learner readiness, evaluate training effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
• Partner with content owners and product teams to maintain accurate course materials.
• Maintain deep, current knowledge of the NinjaOne platform and report on attendance and certification outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering instructor‑led technical training, both virtual and on‑site.
• Proven ability to keep participants engaged in a live virtual classroom.
• Willingness to travel up to 40 % for on‑site training, industry events, and team collaboration.
• Residency in the United States (preferred states listed) with flexibility for remote work.
