Technical Support & Facilities Coordinator (Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Technical Support and Facilities Coordinator to join our campus IT and Facilities team in Goodyear, Arizona. The role ensures that both the technology infrastructure and the physical environment are well‑maintained, providing a reliable and welcoming setting for students, staff and faculty.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software and network issues, troubleshooting and resolving tickets in the help‑desk system.
• Configure, image, install and maintain computers, peripherals, printers and related software, ensuring licenses are up‑to‑date.
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software for insurance and head‑office reporting.
• Manage printer access, queue setup and cable/software standards across the campus.
• Oversee daily facilities operations, including cleanliness, routine maintenance, space planning and vendor coordination.
• Monitor campus safety and ensure a secure environment for all occupants.

Required profile

• Experience delivering front‑line IT support in an educational or office setting.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, balancing technical support with facilities coordination.
• Strong communication skills to assist staff, faculty and students.
