Technical Recruiter – Member of Recruiting Staff

About the role

Liquid AI is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join its high‑output recruiting team in San Francisco. In this full‑cycle position you will own end‑to‑end hiring across engineering, research, product, solutions architecture, go‑to‑market and G&A functions, acting as a true talent partner.

Key responsibilities

• Drive full‑cycle hiring for senior and executive roles, conducting on‑site interviews and closing candidates in person.
• Partner with senior leaders and the C‑suite to define brand‑new roles, build rubrics and evaluation frameworks from scratch.
• Identify and engage top talent beyond traditional channels, building evidence of fit and value proposition.
• Develop and maintain rigorous, role‑specific assessment criteria and ensure the hiring process attracts high‑quality candidates.
• Track hiring metrics, run look‑backs, keep data in Ashby reportable and document processes in Notion.
• Prioritize searches proactively, anticipate stalls and unblock them using market intelligence.
