About the role

SkyBridge Resources is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our fast‑growing IT staffing team. You will match top‑tier technology professionals with contract, contract‑to‑hire and direct‑hire opportunities for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
• Conduct high‑volume outbound calls to engage potential candidates.
• Collaborate with account managers to submit candidates for client placements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process and employment period.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• No prior recruiting experience necessary.
• Comfortable working in a sales‑oriented, high‑energy office environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidates and positions simultaneously.

• Strong phone outreach and candidate sourcing abilities.
