Technical Recruiter (Full‑time)

About the role

Kargo is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for its global tech and product teams. Based in New York City, you will work closely with People Operations and hiring managers to attract top talent and shape the company’s future.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and hire candidates for technical and product roles using best‑practice recruiting methods.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience from outreach through offer, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
• Utilize recruiting platforms such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and BuiltIn to manage pipelines.
• Execute Kargo’s employer branding and networking strategy to attract high‑quality talent.
• Partner with the People Operations Manager to design competitive compensation packages.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3‑5 years of recruiting experience, preferably focused on technology and product positions.
• Proven ability to recruit across all levels, from coordinators to senior leadership.
• Strategic thinker capable of refining end‑to‑end hiring processes.
