About the role

This senior position leads research, development and engineering program management for metal‑deposition service products within Applied Materials' Metal Deposition Products Service Business Unit. The role drives service product development, Digital Twin and fleet validation, and ensures service readiness across the MDP/ALD portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead R&D and engineering program management for metal‑deposition service products across the portfolio.
• Coordinate Digital Tool and Fleet Validation planning, deployment and field adoption.
• Ensure service requirements, reliability and field‑readiness are incorporated early in product development cycles.
• Partner with supply chain, strategic sourcing and field teams to support new product sourcing and supplier readiness.
• Communicate progress, risks and decisions to senior executives and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Higher degree (MS or PhD preferred) in Materials Science, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, Physics or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor equipment, deposition technologies and service product development.
• Proven track record of new product introduction and cross‑functional delivery.
