Technical Project Specialist – Interventional Oncology

About the role

Boston Scientific is seeking a Technical Project Specialist to lead sustaining and product integration projects within the Interventional Oncology and Embolization division. You will manage the full lifecycle of medical device products, from launch through end‑of‑life, ensuring design, compliance, and manufacturing requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams across R&D, regulatory, operations, supply chain, and clinical functions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, risk, and performance.
• Prioritize resources, identify technical challenges, and mitigate business risks.
• Drive results with speed and agility, aligning efforts across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Provide structured guidance, delegate tasks, and train team members on project management processes.
• Investigate technical problems and develop solutions in collaboration with project teams.
• Control budgets and activities for assigned functional areas and product groups.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading cross‑functional project teams in a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities with a focus on risk and budget management.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate technical challenges clearly.
